Coding4WIN Project equips adult learning centres & educators with a series of educational material that will assist women NEETs (aged 25 and above) in:
Acquiring ICT knowledge areas and digital skills most requested in online job advertisements
Encouraging women with a culturally responsive way to re/enter labor market, offering them a basic introduction to the world of digital skills, ICT and coding using innovative training methodologies such as micro-learning and serious gaming.
Targeting to Women NEETs, Educators and Trainers, the objectives of the project are the:
Adressment of the digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity
Improvment of the availability of high quality, flexible and recognised learning for adults
Creation of upskilling pathways, improving accessibility and increasing take-up of adult education New learning and teaching methods and approaches
Digital content and pedagogical practices
Equal access and transition to labour market
